McIntosh Apple

The one and only McIntosh apple that wasn't infested with apple maggots or coddling moths.
Apple (light)
I have no idea what kind of apple it is, so I'm off to ID it.
Next year we're going to go the organic bagging route to keep the pests away. I'm sure all our neighbors will get a good laugh when they see us out there next season putting brown paper lunch bags over each fruit (the bag is stapled at it's base). I understand that it works rather well and occassionally the bags need to be replaced. I think it will be worth it especially after I trashed fifty plus apples today.
